Shipping policy

To check your order status, go to peetfolk app and click on ‘My Account'. Go to ‘Order history’ and choose the order you’d like to track.
To check this, enter your pin code in the “Deliver to” box on the product page.
If you are located in a metro city, you should get your order within 1-3 days. If you are in a non-metro city, we’ll get you your package within 2-7 days. You can check delivery timelines for your pin code by using the “Deliver to” box on the product page.
You can raise a return or replacement request by calling our customer support at 8142 417 890.
Depending on your bank, the amount will be credited to your account within 7 working days of placing the request with us.
You can raise a return request within 10 days from the delivery of the order. We will only be able to process return requests that are compliant with our returns and refund policy.

1. open customer app
2. go to profile page
3. open order page
4. you can track every step with cancel option
